Purchase Orders

Purchase Orders may be separately generated on Food, Beverage or Equipment allowing each department to take care of ordering according to separate order scheduling needs.

To further define the purchase order processing in the Food area, purchases may be placed according to event dates or production dates, whichever the production and purchasing department desires. This is accomplished through the integration of the production assignment scheduling process and purchase order processing.

Check your event needs out well in advance to make wise purchasing decisions without actually generating a purchase order. When the event dates approach, and the final changes have been made, the actual purchase order process looks at event needs based on orders according to on hand inventory, actual event quantities needed and procurement unit sizes.
