UPS Worldship

Issue:

Synergy International client has a need for a data relationship to automate the work flow from Fusion™ to UPS Worldship. The status quo of processing hundreds of orders being shipped all over the company daily became daunting.

Solution:

Working with the UPS Worldship team Synergy International leveraged the Fusion™ data to create a real time bridge between the programs that resulted in a savings of over two hundred man hours weekly. Concurrently we developed a business process to expedite invoicing via emails including the UPS Worldship fees.
