Remote Support & Training Options
Terminal Services is a component that is included with each member of the Windows Server family. It provides the Windows graphical user interface to remote devices over LAN, WAN, or Internet connections. All of the application processing is performed at the server and only data from devices such as the display monitor, keyboard, and mouse are transmitted between the server and the RDP client.
Synergy International can connect to your systems to provide training and support. In the Application server mode Windows Server™ allows for multiple remote clients to simultaneously access applications running on the server. This also allows businesses’ to often use older legacy computers that otherwise would not be suitable for work in normal daily service.
In the Remote administration mode Synergy International personnel use Terminal Services for a number of functions. These connections can include training from long distances via the internet. Schedule your training in blocks of as little as an hour. We train your staff in your office without any travel related expenses.
Another tool we utilize is GoToMeeting where we connect with 1, 2 or even 10 different trainees at time, again without any travel related expenses. Although mostly oriented to our international clients SKYPE is a great tool for showing processes and workflows anywhere over the internet.
Sometimes it makes more sense to have one of our expert’s on site at your office and we can accommodate that as well.
